The machine is designed for Extra Heavy Duty Performance & High Production with maximum oil yield. The main Gear Box Body & Cone Body is made from graded quality cast iron.
The machine is equipped with Double Reduction, Heavy Duty, Self Lubricating Gear Box with six précised Helical Gears & Pinions. All the gears & pinions are made of MS & Alloy steel.
Main Worm Shaft can be withdrawn easily without disturbing the gear box and hence saves lot of time.
Our cutting edge technology in Perfect Alignment of the gear box, fitted with heavy duty Roller, Taper Roller & Spherical Thrust Bearings ensures friction free, noise free, low maintenance & less power consumption.
Worm assembly section comprising Pressure Worms, Cage/Lining bars, Discharge Rings & Collars are case hardened. The overall design of the machine, specially the gear box is so precise, simple & efficient that, it is very easy to operate.
The machine is suitable for crushing almost all type of Edible & Non Edible seeds.
The Kettle is equipped with high steam jacket for proper cooking of seed. Long or Round kettle is provided as per customer requirements.
